Job Title: Lighting Field Service Technician

We are seeking skilled individuals who share our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction to join our client's team on a permanent full time direct placement basis.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support for lighting control systems.
• Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager and Project Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and conduct startup services for new lighting control systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and emergency response for existing systems.
• Create field reports, maintain accurate documentation, and train customers and colleagues on system operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics.
• Knowledge of entertainment dimming/control systems and high voltage safety (experience with architectural and motorized rigging controls is a plus).
• Technical degree in Theatrical, Film, or Broadcast fields, or equivalent experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 certification is a plus, with willingness for overnight travel.
