Job Title: Duct Installation Technician / Sheet Metal Mechanic

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Overview of the Company:
Our client is a dedicated team of professionals specializing in Mechanical and HVAC systems. They are committed to providing top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial systems across the DC/Baltimore region. 

• The estimated pay range for this role is $30 - $40 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations and maintenance on various duct systems, including residential and lite commercial systems.
• Work collaboratively with the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery without sales pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or Duct Installation Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region.
