Job Title: OCONUS Construction Safety Manager

• The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $168,000 based on experience.

**Note: The pay rate listed is the base pay with the overseas premium included 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and supervise project safety in compliance with corporate safety programs and contract requirements.  
• Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings for all active work areas.  
• Collaborate with field staff and management to develop safe work plans for each project phase.  
• Serve as the safety liaison with clients, subcontractors, and external entities, addressing safety-related issues and concerns.  
• Prepare and submit all safety-related reports, and conduct post-accident investigations to ensure continuous improvement.  

 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with five years of experience in safety management.  
• Solid understanding of corporate safety programs, OSHA regulations, or Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1 standards.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and communication skills.  
• Current Department of Defense secret security clearance is required, along with OSHA 30-hour and EM385.
• Ability to endure challenging working conditions, including heights and confined spaces, while ensuring personal and team safety.
