Job Title: HVAC Installation Foreman

• The estimated pay range for this role is $35 - $55 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 5+ technicians on commercial HVAC installation projects.
• Plan and execute small to mid-size commercial HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for material procurement and timeline coordination.
• Oversee the installation of diverse mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or HVAC apprenticeship preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation with proven leadership.
• EPA Universal Certification required; OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and technical documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
