Job Title: Architectural Superintendent

Company Overview:

• The estimated pay range for this role is $126,000 - $168,000 based on experience.

**Note: The pay rate listed is the base pay with the overseas premium included 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project superintendent and project manager to develop and finalize operational plans, job layouts, and schedules.
• Oversee the daily activities of crafts and subcontractors in the field, delegating tasks through foremen and subcontractor representatives.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and deadlines through regular communication with project staff.
• Review job plans, specifications, budgets, and estimates to confirm understanding of manpower needs and material deliveries.
• Participate in weekly progress meetings and assist in resolving any construction-related issues or challenges that arise during the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills with a deep understanding of mechanical systems.
• Excellent technical and management abilities with the capacity to manage costs and schedules effectively.
• Superior client relations skills with a proven track record in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of safety requirements and the ability to motivate a diverse, multinational workforce.
• Minimum high school diploma/GED with 15 years of construction management experience; or a four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering, along with 10 years of experience, is preferred.
• Prior OCONUS experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum of a secret security clearance is required.
