Job Title: HVAC Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HVAC service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor service technicians and office staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors and homeowners to address service needs.
• Train new technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of advanced HVAC systems and ensure compliance with building codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC construction and 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience as a service technician with a deep understanding of HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of building codes.
• Knowledge of plumbing are advantageous.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
