Job Title: Entertainment Lighting Sales Assistant

As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience and maintaining their showroom's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders with precision.
• Support sales team members and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a professional experience.
• Monitor stock availability, coordinate shipments, and manage product displays.
• Provide assistance with order preparation, packing, and shipping logistics as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology and eager to learn systems such as Salesforce and Sage.
• Experience in theatre, film, or broadcast is a plus.
