Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage departmental expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Create and distribute invoices, along with monitoring and tracking payments.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, meetings, and deadlines for the team.
• Gather and organize timesheets and related documentation for payroll processing.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks and project support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependable team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
