Key Responsibilities:

• Install custom architectural millwork, fixtures, and cabinetry with precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute projects effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on job sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction as a millwork installer and/or cabinet maker.
• Proficiency in installing PLAM, solid surfaces, and various trim pieces.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Own a set of quality tools and have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
