Job Title: B2B Entertainment Lighting Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits with current and prospective customers to build relationships and showcase products.
• Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute product demonstrations, including preparing detailed information and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing within established guidelines to close sales effectively.
• Maintain customer records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date tracking of interactions and leads.
• This role is office based, but will require periodic travel to client sites and corporate or industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to think strategically and align actions with business objectives.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and enhancing client experiences.
• In-depth product knowledge with an aptitude for communicating value effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, capable of creating reports and presentations.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or entertainment industry, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Proven success in phone sales or telemarketing, with the ability to engage and convert leads over the phone.
