Job Title: Mechanical & Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customer service, repairs, and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Evaluate customer concerns and propose effective solutions.
• Complete service tickets accurately while on-site.
• Carry out HVAC procedures, including brazing and sweating pipe techniques.
• Maintain a professional appearance and meet all regulatory requirements, including holding an EPA and Apprentice license.

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in mechanical and plumbing services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Capable of lifting 5-50 lbs and working in various environmental conditions, including heights and tight spaces.
