Job Title: Federal Construction Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and review bid and RFP documentation to fully understand project requirements.
• Select, measure, and track important metrics for accurate estimations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary for project estimation.
• Perform detailed data analysis and risk assessments to inform bidding strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective collaboration.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a construction estimator working on Federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and project management principles.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Timberline, RSMEANS, or 4Clicks preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• BA in engineering, construction science, or a related field is preferred; security clearance is a plus.
