Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and facility management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, safety compliance, and logistics. This role also includes coordinating pickups and deliveries to and from customers, managing building vendor relationships, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Prepare and pack inventory for shipments, maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Manage local pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely service and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee facility management operations, coordinating repairs and maintenance with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory management systems, preferably Sage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting.
• Minimum of 3–7 years of relevant experience with courier, logistics coordination, and warehouse safety compliance.
