Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator - Mechanical & Plumbing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager in planning, executing, and completing various construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that deadlines are met across teams.
• Facilitate communication among clients, vendors, and team members through meetings and documentation.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including reports, plans, and risk assessments.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance of deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a project-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach to managing priorities.
