Job Title: Assistant Field Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite contact, coordinating efforts between installers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progression and ensure smooth operations.
• Represent our client in meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns raised by customers or trades.
• Track project milestones and risks, ensuring all team members are informed of updates and changes.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, overseeing tasks from initiation through to completion and final walkthrough.

• Proven experience in lighting for stage or studio settings (required); familiarity with stage rigging is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Background in administrative, office management, or project management, preferably in the construction or entertainment industries.
