Job Title: HVAC Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our client's rapidly growing mechanical operations. The HVAC Operations Manager will play a crucial role in directing teams, implementing best practices, and monitoring key performance metrics to enhance service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation teams, ensuring timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels and efficiently resolving escalated issues.
• Assist in budget development and financial management, focusing on expense control and maximizing profitability.
• Manage HVAC inventory, service trucks, and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC.
• Master license in HVAC is required.
• Willingness to obtain additional master HVAC licenses in other states (company will sponsor).
• A master plumbing license is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years of trades managerial/leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and job costing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an emphasis on operational efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet insurance requirements.
