Job Title:  Assistant Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Management Team in the daily management and coordination of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives.
• Prepare and submit all project submittals, maintain project logs, and ensure proper documentation is secured, including contracts and insurance certificates.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project construction schedules and update them as required.
• Prepare and negotiate change proposals and orders, issue these orders to subcontractors, and revise project budgets as necessary.
• Support the development of cost estimates for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience.
• Active DOD security clearance of at least Secret is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction project management principles, including safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar tools).
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, for documentation and reporting purposes.
