Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing plumbing and mechanical projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and document coordination throughout all phases of projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet or exceed project schedules and specifications.
• Assist in project estimating and ensure compliance with all quality assurance and safety plans.
• Compile and submit daily production reports, maintain logs, and prepare meeting minutes as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Field Engineer.
• Proven experience in managing documentation and coordinating project activities.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
