Job Title: Dual Hat Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM)/Superintendent - Federal Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily quality control functions for specific construction projects, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
• Review and maintain project documentation, including shop drawings and submittals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead and document weekly QC meetings, providing clear minutes and actionable feedback to the project team.
• Conduct quality control testing and inspections, coordinating with teams for material verification and system commissioning.
• Prepare daily QC reports that identify compliance and non-conformance issues, proposing solutions to maintain quality standards.

• 5-10 years of experience in construction quality control and as a superintendent, preferably with federal and local public agencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices, with the ability to interpret contracts and specifications.
• Relevant certifications, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers CQMC Certification, OSHA 30-hour, and CPR/First Aid.
• Proficient in construction industry software and tools, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at remote locations as required by project needs.
• NAVFAC ECATTS and knowledge of EM 385 is preferred
