Job Title: Working Lead Carpenter - Top Secret / TS/SCI

Company Overview:
We are seeking a Working Lead Carpenter with current DOD issued Top Secret Level Clearances up to TS/SCI (preferred) to join our client's team on a temp to perm basis. US Citizenship is REQUIRED. The position requires the candidate to possess their own tools and transportation. All work is located in the DC and Baltimore Metropolitan areas and is subject to Prevailing Wages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate carpentry projects on site
• Interpret and follow blueprints and sketches to execute tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members effectively
• Provide mentorship and training to junior carpenters when necessary

• Current DOD issued Top Secret Level Clearances up to TS/SCI (preferred)
• US Citizenship is mandatory
• Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and sketches
• Strong communication and leadership skills
