Job Title: SCIF Construction Superintendent - England

*** Must be a US Citizen for this role ***

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SCIF Construction Superintendent to work on a project in England for an approximate duration of 3-4 months, starting in October/November 2024. Our ideal candidate should have experience in blueprint reading, SCIF construction, and knowledge of TEMPEST and FCC requirements. Previous OCONUS experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise trades such as Rough and Finish Carpentry, Framing, Painting, ACT Ceilings, Drywall and Finishing, Some flooring, Some sitework, Minor masonry, and Minor concrete
• Ensure compliance with US Government security clearance (Secret or better) and experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members

• At least 5 years of experience in a superintendent role
• Active US Government security clearance (Secret or better) is a must
• Experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, SCIF construction, and knowledge of TEMPEST and FCC requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
