Federal Construction Superintendent –
Must have experience as a Superintendent on five (5) federal projects more than $500k per project. Must have at least 10 years’ experience on construction projects with at least 5 years’ experience as a superintendent on government construction projects which include simultaneous multi-disciplined requirements.
Qualifications · High school diploma required · Minimum 5 years' experience as a superintendent for a general contractor on federal government jobs · Current safety credentials to include OSHA 30, 1st Aid and CPR. · Experience creating and maintaining safe construction sites · Knowledge of building construction processes and procedures. · Quality Control · Experience owning and improving project schedules · Experience developing subcontractor relationships · Able to operate job site machinery i.e. forklift, scissor lift, scaffolding, etc. · Experience working at highly secure US Government sites · Current CQM-C certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC · Current EM 385-1-1 certification is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is preferred
