SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Brent for September Start. With a daily salary of up to £90.00, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of SEN students.
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to SEN students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, assisting them with their learning and development according to their individual education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities, ensuring that SEN students are fully included and supported in the learning process.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support SEN students in managing their emotions and behaviours, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
Assist SEN students with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and any incidents, communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the care of SEN students.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to meeting the diverse needs of SEN students.
Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported, promoting social interaction and positive relationships among peers.
