Person Specification – Year 4 Teacher 
· MUST have UK QTS
· Excellent subject knowledge for KS2 curriculum
· Excellent record of good or outstanding lesson observations and performance management
· Committed to providing high standards of teaching and achievement
· Passionate, positive & team player required
· Confident & strong classroom management skills
