We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join a well-established residential building business within the Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) space.

About the role

You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their build journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong and trusted relationships with KDR customers
• Providing regular and clear updates throughout the building journey
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Managing customer concerns with empathy, confidence and professionalism
• Liaising with internal teams to obtain accurate updates for clients
• Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service from start to finish

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous customer experience within the Knockdown Rebuild space
• Strong knowledge of the residential building customer journey
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing customer expectations and difficult conversations
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
