Due to expansion, we now have a unique opportunity for an individual who gets a kick out of selling to learn the "trade" of selling cars.  
 
About the role: 
 

• Learn the steps/fundamentals of selling, upselling, and meeting monthly targets. 
• Learn to actively follow up on customer queries (no procrastinators here).     
• Gain an understanding of and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.  
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.  
• Maintain data history on our software system.   
• Delivering vehicles. 
• Maintain the yard
• Learn the administration and compliance duties 
• Providing post-delivery support. 

 
About you: 
 

• You are not expected to have automotive car sales experience; ideally, you will have sales/customer service experience.  
• Desire to exceed customer expectations (must have a genuine interest in people).  
• Enthusiasm in abundance. 
• Ability to listen and understand. 
• Winning attitude.   
• Be competitive. 
• Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented. 
• Ability to build strong relationships. 
• Most of all, remember what we said earlier? You will get a kick out of driving sales.  

 
This opportunity is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position. Saturday availability is required. A current VIC Driver's License and consent to conduct a police check are required.
