About the role:
We seek a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the art of selling cars and make a significant impact in our dealership.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Maintain knowledge of our product range and industry trends.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  
Your availability:

• A part-time position requiring availability for 3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays and Wednesdays (other days to be negotiated).
• The position will transition to a full-time role, working a five-day week (including Saturdays) within the next 3 to 6 months.

  
Requirements:

• Proven experience in New Vehicle Sales is ideal. However, we are open to candidates with candidates who have a proven track record in specialised customer service or Sales.
• Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
• Must have a current full VIC driver's licence.
