About the Role:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank statement reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, issue statements and expense claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances and records in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring swift resolution.
- Reconciliation of OEM payments and warranty claims.
- Stay updated on industry-related financial regulations and best practices, implementing necessary changes for compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to reconcile vehicle sales, Parts and service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Providing general administrative assistance and coverage during periods of leave.
About you: - Proven dealership experience in Accounts/Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications, with proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience using Tune/Revolution DMS and Pentana DMS will be highly regarded
