Your Role:
In this position, you will be working with a professional and friendly team. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through purchasing pre-owned vehicles. Building and maintaining customer relationships is essential to ensuring satisfaction throughout their sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle options to align with customer desires.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to present suitable financing options to customers.
- Maintain a robust customer database and follow up with potential leads to encourage repeat business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
Requirements: - Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in the premium segment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster customer rapport.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
