Patterson Cheney Toyota is a dealership success story. We achieved the Toyota Australia Presidents Award for 2022 and 2023, and we plan to continue this achievement.  We are now recruiting a Sales Administrator to join the team to continue our success.
 
About the role:
As the Sales Administrator, you will support the Stock Controller, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
 
You'll take on various tasks, including:

• Manage registrations and transfers and ensure compliance with Vic Roads rules.
• Prepare registration deal packs, handle vehicle invoicing and payouts, and process purchase and repair orders.
• Update the Sales Log, check fleet deals for audits, process vehicle transactions, and manage invoicing and SAP reporting.
• Bring vehicles into stock, conduct audits, manage COSI processing, and organise arrivals.
• Collaborate with sales teams for smooth vehicle movement and coordinate with service and parts departments.
• Follow manufacturer standards, cover Stock Control as needed, and complete any additional tasks from your manager to meet the dealership standards.

 
About you:

• Proven dealership experience in administration, ideally as an Assistant Stock Controller.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications, with proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
