To continue building on our success, we seek a Parts Interpreter for our back counter and retail operations. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to workshop and retail customers, and we are confident that the right candidate will thrive in our dynamic environment.
  
About the role:

• Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations and exceptional customer service
• Issuing parts to workshop staff 
• Maintaining high levels of service to our retail customers.
• Ordering stock and assisting with stocktaking 
• Provide quotes and invoices as required
• Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provide exceptional customer service 

  
About you: 

• A Mercedes-Benz Part Interpreter is an ideal match; however, we are open to applications from Dealership-experienced Parts Interpreters. 
• Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Computer and admin literacy skills
• The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Attention to detail 
• A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills
• Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality
• Current driver's licence
