Following the successful renovation of our Westar Trucks Branch in Campbellfield, we are expanding our team.

Westar Trucks Campbellfield is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Interpreter to join us.
  

About the role:
The role is to provide exceptional customer service to our truck customers over the counter and on the phone, build rapport, and maintain the database.

• Responsible for service, retail customers and our VIP trade customers 
• Sales and Account Management
• Ordering, booking out, invoicing and taking payments for parts 
• Dealing with any customer inquiries over the phone and face-to-face 
• Checking in parts deliveries 
• Liaising and maintaining a good working relationship with the suppliers & internal departments  
• Assisting with Parts stocktakes 

  
About you:

• Light or heavy vehicle Parts professionals are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of parts cataloguing software. ERA experience is beneficial but not essential
• Committed to achieving excellent customer service
• Organised & able to multitask.
• Professional work ethic 
• A good technical understanding of how trucks work to aid in the accurate identification of required items 
• Good telephone manners and PC skills
• Applicants must hold a valid Victorian driver's Licence
