Central Star Autohaus, Waverley, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our award-winning team at Patterson Cheney, one of Australia's largest family-owned automotive businesses, named 2023 & 2024 VACC Automotive Employer of the Year.

As a Pre-own Sales Executive at CSA, you will have the opportunity to work with an incredible selection of high-quality volume & luxury vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients through purchasing pre-owned vehicles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally, friendly, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our inventory, including the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle options that align with the customer's desires
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with suitable financing options
- Maintain a customer database and follow up with potential leads to drive repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Requirements: - Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in the premium segment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
