Patterson Cheney Trucks Pakenham is now recruiting a receptionist to join our front-of-house team at our soon-to-be-opened site (early 2025).
 
Reporting to a very supportive manager, you will ensure the utmost professional care and prompt service, working as the customer's first point of contact with our sales, service, and parts dealership team.
 
While Patterson Cheney Trucks Pakenham is under construction, selected candidates will work from our Keysborough location.
 
About the role:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Maintain customer database
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication at all times
• Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
• Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge, and other areas (as needed)
• Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with the daily banking
• General support to the administration and management teams

 
About you:

• Front-of-house reception experience (Dealership will be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions count
• Sound written and numeric skills
• MS Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and a positive can-do attitude
• Neat, professional presentation
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so first impressions count
