Westar Trucks Derrimut is now recruiting a receptionist to join our front-of-house team. Reporting to a very supportive manager, you will ensure the utmost professional care and prompt service, working as our first point of contact between the customer and the dealership team.
  
You will act as the dealership ambassador, the face and voice of our brand. 
  
About the role:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Maintain customer database
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication at all times
• Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
• Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge, and other areas (as needed)
• Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
• General support to the administration and management teams

  
About you:

• Front-of-house reception experience (Dealership will be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions count
• Sound written and numeric skills
• MS Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and a positive can-do attitude
• Neat, professional presentation
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so first impressions count.
