To continue our success in expanding our heavy trucks department, Westar Trucks Derrimut is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Sales Coordinator to work with MAN and Western Star brands in their heavy truck department.
 
Reporting to a very supportive Sales Manager, you will build business relationships without long-term VIP Fleet customers who will see you as their go-to person.
 
This will be achieved by:  

• Partner with our VIP customers to tackle their needs and resolve any issues.
• Assisting the Sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and following up to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
• Work closely with our finance, stock control, and customer service teams to make sure our sales operations are top-notch.
• Ensure every deal is organised, processed and meets 5-star expectations so our valuable customers return for more.
• Help prepare and submit tenders and quotes.
• Work closely with our body builders and ensure all modifications meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Create regular sales reports and presentations to keep management in the loop.

• You’ve got experience in B2B sales or account management, especially in the automotive or truck dealership scene.
• You’ve got some technical knowledge—maybe you’re an ex-diesel mechanic or service advisor, have dealership administration looking to step up, or are a truck salesperson seeking a change.
• You’re fantastic with people and know how to build rapport and trust with clients.
• You’re organised, manage your time like a pro, and thrive in independent and team environments.
• You know your way around CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary (truck license? Even better!).
