Join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, a premier luxury automotive dealership dedicated to exceptional service and unparalleled client experiences. We seek a Driveway Attendant Service Concierge to greet guests, manage vehicle movements, and assist with pick-up and drop-off services.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all vehicle movements within the service department, ensuring the driveway remains clear and vehicles are efficiently parked.
• Communicate directly with customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and vehicle preparation duties.

  
About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• A passion for the automotive industry and luxury brands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• A current full Victorian driver's license with a clean driving record.
