As a Sales Consultant for Mahindra Werribee, you will play a key role in establishing our footprint in the competitive automotive market.
  
About the Role: In this trainee position, you will:

• Proactively follow up on customer inquiries—no procrastinators here!
• Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
• Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in our software system.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and provide post-delivery support.
• Embody our values and support team behaviours.

About You:

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required; a genuine interest in automotive sales is essential.
• A passion for exceeding customer expectations and a strong interest in people.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to engage in healthy competition while supporting your team.
• Reliable, honest, and well-presented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, 5 days per week; Saturday availability is required.
• A current VIC Driver's License and consent for a police check are mandatory.
