As a Truck Parts Sales Representative, you will be crucial in selling parts and accessories to our trucking industry customers. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure satisfaction and drive the growth of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their truck parts needs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on truck parts and accessories.
• Identify and recommend appropriate parts and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Accurately conduct sales transactions and process orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure inventory levels are well-stocked.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
• Proactively reach out to customers to promote new products and special offers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues or complaints.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership's overall success.
• Follow additional instructions from management to enhance dealership performance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck parts sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of truck parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented and organised with practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
