The dealership wants to add a Service Advisor to its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue its success.
  
About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standards
• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
• Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.  
• Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
• This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify what our customers want and need. 

  
About You:

• MUST have experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
• Ideally, exposed to prestige brands
• Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service. 
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Sound organisational skills and time management
• Current VIC Driver's license 
• Eagerness to learn and upskill
