About the Role:
We seek an experienced Quality Controller/Road Tester who embodies drive, passion, and a commitment to excellence. Your mechanical and technical expertise will be vital in performing final quality checks to ensure all repair work meets professional standards and adheres to the details outlined in the repair order.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all serviced and repaired vehicles.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and dealership processes.
• Perform road tests on required vehicles and provide sign-off upon completion.
• Handle customer vehicles with the utmost care at all times.
• Accurately diagnose issues and ensure proper parts are replaced or ordered.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to address incomplete or incorrect repairs, maintenance, or documentation.
• Maintain precise records of all completed road and quality tests.

  
About You:

• Hold an Automotive Trade Qualification, preferably with experience in luxury European vehicles.
• Demonstrate effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Exhibit a customer-focused mentality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders, including the Service Manager, Workshop Management, and Service Advisors.
• Possess a current VIC Driver's License.
