Werribee Mahindra is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to become our valued customers' first point of contact. This vital role will support our Sales, Service, and Parts departments, ensuring an exceptional experience for all who visit or contact our dealership.
  
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role also includes reception, and secondary functions will consist of administration and service bookings support. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, has strong multitasking abilities, and thrives in a customer-focused environment providing top-notch service.
  
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls and ensure they reach the right person.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as stock control, vehicle registration, deal processing and banking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Update and maintain customer records in our dealership's CRM system.
• Assist the service department with bookings, customer inquiries and service reception as needed.

  
Who we are looking for:

• Dealership experience in a similar role would be ideal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to providing exceptional experiences.
• Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in PC skills, including databases and software applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
• Punctual and reliable with a solid ability to meet deadlines.
