• Proven experience in New or Used Vehicle Sales within an automotive dealership setting.
• Exceptional selling and organisational skills; a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is a plus.
• A current full Victorian driver's license is required.
