At Mercedes-Benz Waverley, we seek an Aftercare Sales Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Being involved with this award-winning and prestigious dealership, you will have extensive opportunities to sell and build customer relationships, supported by our professional and friendly team. Your role is to maximise sales prospects across our New Vehicles, Pre-Owned Vehicles, and Van departments. Your ability to understand and meet customer needs will ensure long-term success in this exciting role.
Who we’re looking for:
You have a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers and love exceeding expectations. You are highly driven to achieve targets, are well-organised, and enjoy being part of a team. You communicate effectively, understand needs, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Must have experience as an Aftercare Consultant in the automotive industry
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Available to work five days per week, including Saturdays
