Reporting directly to our Group Marketing & Events Manager, this role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a prestigious brand renowned for its commitment to quality, performance, and luxury. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive showroom traffic and lead generation, while promoting brand engagement, all while adhering to strict Brand Guidelines.
- Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and SMS marketing campaigns, website content, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee dealership website and digital performance, including SEO/SEM, content, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to create targeted promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and offers.
- Liaise with dealership partner agencies, key marketing suppliers, brand sponsors and ambassadors while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Plan and deliver memorable dealership and external events, including new product launches and brand activations, to engage customers and enhance brand loyalty.
- Prepare, analyse and present timely reporting used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with media partners, advertising agencies and other stakeholders to maximise exposure and coverage for Mercedes-Benz Waverley.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities: - - 3+ years relevant experience in a Marketing role (Automotive preferred but not mandatory);
- Marketing degree or comparable business-related qualification. Experience gained working in a fast-paced retail environment will be highly regarded;
- Experience in digital advertising, including META ads & Google ads;
- Advanced computer skills, including website creation technology, Google Analytics, eDM platforms, SMS platforms and CRM Software. (Preferable experience specifically in Dealersocket, ERA, Campaign Monitor, SMS Central, Cellcast and Salesforce);
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Proven track record in campaign development, execution, and performance analysis;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong proof-reading skills;
- Strong analytical skills to identify marketing trends, ability to analyse marketing and digital media data;

- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
