We are seeking qualified and experienced Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join our brand-new truck dealership in Pakenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable automotive dealership group.
  
About the Role:
As a Heavy Vehicle Truck Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers.
• Conducting thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake replacements.
• Utilising diagnostic equipment and tools for accurate identification and resolution of vehicle issues.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Providing exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.

  
Who We’re Looking For:

• Heavy Vehicle Technician qualification.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles, particularly trucks.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems in heavy vehicles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex vehicle issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid HR or HC Truck Licence.
• Advantageous: Applicable HV licences, Air Conditioning, Forklift, and RWC tester certifications.
