We now seek a skilled and knowledgeable Commercial Van Technician to join our dynamic team. 
 
About the role: 
As a Dealership Commercial Van Technician at Mercedes-Benz Berwick, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial vans to the highest standards. Your role will involve:
 

• Conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of customer vehicles to manufacturer standards and in line with Mercedes-Benz and the dealership processes
• Performing complex repairs on commercial van components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Utilising diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot van problems accurately.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest commercial van technology and industry trends. 

 
About you:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
 

• Proven experience as a technician in a dealership with commercial vans.
• Strong knowledge of European commercial van systems and components.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software specific to commercial vans.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 
• Valid VIC driver's licences
