Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical QA/QC Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control across projects in Europe. You will lead the quality team, maintain quality management systems and ensure electrical installations meet client specifications, project standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, overseeing inspections and audits, managing test packs and handover documentation, monitoring snagging activities, and coordinating with clients, construction teams and subcontractors. You will also promote a “Right First Time” approach through training, quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant electrical or quality qualification.
• Electrical trade background advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and schematics.
• Experience leading quality teams and managing QA/QC processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality management software advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland and mainland Europe as required.
