Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical CX Lead to oversee electrical commissioning activities across projects in Europe. You will take ownership of assigned commissioning scopes, coordinate testing and energisation teams, and ensure all systems meet client specifications and quality standards. Working closely with commissioning managers, vendors, subcontractors and clients, you will support the preparation of commissioning plans, procedures, progress reports and final handover documentation. The role will involve supervising performance testing, coordinating site activities and supporting project delivery across Ireland and mainland Europe.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Commissioning.
• Electrical trade background advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and schematics.
• Experience with commissioning, testing and energisation activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland and mainland Europe as required.
