We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical engineering and building services projects in Charleroi, Belgium. This is an excellent opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, and contribute to high-quality engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee project scheduling, coordination, implementation and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Manage contractual obligations, project costs and overall profit and loss.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical activities where required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Degree or relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale building services projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management skills.
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with project programmes, including CSA activities.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities.
• Experience in healthcare projects is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
